My sister has spent 6 years looking through a huge box of slides with one of those small hand held viewers. She sorted through them and compiled a CD for me of slides from 1947 to 1960. These were photographs I had no memory of ever seeing. As I looked through them, on our computer, tears were streaming down my cheeks. This photo from 1950 is one of my favorites.
This is a beautiful photograph of both of your parents! Your sister gave you a amazing gift. It must be wonderful and moving see photos you had never seen. Your parents look so happy!

hi there! thanks for your comment on my blog! you are right that was me, my poppets® used to mostly be missing arms, and it has gotten more developed as I have been working in this style. thanks for noticing!
