I have removed the photographs out of compassion for the man who lives there.
Driving by, I first thought it must be an art instillation. Take a vacant rental property and fill all the windows with plastic dolls looking out. Creep out the neighbors, set up a video camera inside to tape the people looking at and in the windows and after 2 weeks call it good.
Later I went back and tried to peer inside without being totally invasive. I saw that there were even more dolls sitting in chairs and a plastic play house. These photos no where near capture the true creepiness. There was a nice 30ish Asian man down the street that I stopped and questioned about the "doll house". He was very sweet and said that an old man lives inside the house. He also said that the old man always wears the same filthy clothes. The Asian man said it creeped him out and made a gesture of crossing his wrists against his chest and shuddering.

I wouldn't say I have become obsessed with this house but I am curious. Last night I drove by to see what it looked like after dark. I was wondering if the occupant could be seen or if the curtains would be drawn. As it was the curtains (if there are any) were wide open and the house was lit with a few lamps and the kitchen light was on. I could see that there are way more dolls, the 3 feet high variety, than I thought. A row of 3 stand facing out from the kitchen entrance. I saw no sign of the old man. All I know of him so far is only here say. I need my own interactive experience of him, so I will keep making small visits.
