Just about every sketchbook I've filled the pages of has at least one page of little drawings for making my own Lotteria cards. They would be so fun to do in color pencil or gauche. Different themed sets was an idea from
about 7 years ago. One theme would be local landmarks and people...Dale Chihuly, Fremont Troll, Smith Tower. Sometimes just thinking about the idea is enough. For example as demonstrated in the drawing of the assemblage bird box. The whole idea has been drawn out so now do I really have to make it? I know what it's going to look like and sometimes that is enough.
