El Sabor De Oaxaca is located in Burien, WA on SW 153 Street, between 4th Avenue SW and 6th Avenue SW. We were the only non-Hispanic customers in the joint. We even had the opportunity to practice our Spanish a bit. The menu offers up many dishes I have never seen before, so don't go there thinking you are going to order as though you were at an Azteca.
This was delicious. The combination of textures was very satisfying. What you see here is a tortilla that was more like a flat bread, with mashed black beans, cabbage, avocado, tomato, cheese and a salty mashed pork. It is huge and could easily have been shared between two people. $12.50 or so. Don't remember what it is called but don't worry the menu has a photograph of it.
Sedora had their version of of a tortilla soup. $8.50 or so. I tasted the broth and it was very good. Bring cash in case their credit card machine isn't working. Try it out when you are in the area, feels like vacation time to me.
